Play N.A.N.I. is developed by Huy Do. This policy covers the Play N.A.N.I. game and this website.

Playing the game

Play N.A.N.I. does not require an account. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising tracking. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The game does not send your saved levels or scores to a developer-operated server.

The parent menu shows total active play time on this device. This is just for you. We do not collect this information. Parents can reset the timer to zero; ordinary app updates keep the saved total.

Apple handles App Store purchases, and Google handles Google Play purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. These stores may provide us with sales reports and app diagnostics according to their services and your device settings. TestFlight and Google Play testing also let testers share feedback and crash reports through the respective platform. These services are governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

When you ask for help

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate problems. Please do not include a child's name, photos, location, or other sensitive information. Parents or guardians should contact us on a child's behalf.

Support messages are handled through Gmail. We keep them only as needed for support and related recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

This website

This site has no advertising or visitor analytics scripts. The suggestions form stores the message and game you choose, plus your name and email only if you provide them. Messages are private and available only to the site owner after sign-in. We use them to review feedback, improve the games and respond when appropriate. Please do not include children’s personal information. You can request deletion through the support email below. Temporary anti-spam records limit repeated submissions; we do not store raw IP addresses in the suggestions database. The hosting provider may process standard connection information to deliver and secure the website. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT; visitors do not need an account to submit a suggestion. Email links open your own email application.

Your choices

You can stop using the game at any time. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; device backups are managed separately through your device and platform settings. You control whether to contact support and what to include in a message.
